Shipping policy

We provide free shipping on all orders within England. Below, you will find details regarding our shipping process:

Order Cutoff Time: 6:00 PM (GMT), Monday – Friday.

⏳ Note: During peak seasons or public holidays, delivery times may be longer.

We collaborate with reliable shipping partners to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time. Our primary shipping partner is Royal Mail. 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

For orders outside the UK, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These fees are the customer’s responsibility and must be paid upon delivery.

If you need to modify your delivery address after placing an order, please contact our customer support team at info@klimtdream.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate the change, but we cannot guarantee modifications if the order has already been processed.

If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect from a pickup point, we reserve the right to charge return and reshipping fees.
